An evening session aiming to calm down the nerve system, de-stress and restore. Session begins with the subtle body movement and is followed by various restorative practices like: meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises) and yoga nidra (deep relaxation).
Yoga Nidra is a technique, proven scientifically, to release the accumulated tension on 3 levels: physical, mental and emotional. It is highly recommended for you if you are overstressed, feel anxiety, have sleep disorders or pain in your body. The conscious deep relaxation leads to releasing the tension and as a result allows the body to come back to the natural healed state.
It is measured that 1h of yoga nidra equals 4h of sleep.
