The holistic 8 (or 4) week transformation wellness programme provides techniques and rituals that will greatly improve the way you live, look and feel, bringing vitality & balance.
The workshop combines the ancient wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda that awaken the inner strength and beauty that is within us in a natural and organic way. It does require discipline and dedication. The program is perfect for beginners.
Why 8 week? It takes 6-8 weeks to change the patterns and habits that we in-print in our bodies for years. Thus the course is designed optimally for 8 weeks allowing to practice and enhance the healthy patterns that become the lifestyle rather than one time resolution.
There is no magic pills, instead there is practice and implementation of very simple, however, very powerful technics that will detox the body, release the tension from a body on mental, physical and emotional level. Week by week, you will feel more strength, flexibility and energy and at the same time serenity and balance. The disciplined practice in combination with the ayurvedic daily rituals will make you feel light, confident and thriving.
The program includes:
- Regular yoga practice, gradual introduction to yoga asanas (poses)
- Breathing (pranayama) and meditation techniques.
- Practice of yoga nidra, a proven method releasing tension on mental, physical & emotional level, deeply relaxing.
- Intro to the ancient wisdom of healthy lifestyle: Ayurveda. Tips on nutrition, daily rituals impacting overall wellbeing.
Key focus is on:
- Detoxing and removing the tension cumulated in the body & mind making the new space for the vital energy to enter
- Building strength, stability, confidence and inner power
- Stretching and opening the body, to become more resilient and exploratory
- Breathing and relaxing techniques to calm down the nerve system & balance
- Energizing sessions to enhance vitality and joy
- Regular yoga practice in combination with the Ayurveda wellness rituals allowing you to truly thrive!
