The intense weekend program is excellent to begin your journey with yoga and to deepen the practice, get the basics of yoga asanas (postures), the sun salutation flow and gain the solid ground for the regular practice.
I will introduce you to the Hatha traditional style, breath work and the relaxation techniques.
The intensive weekend is also recommended for individuals who desire to return on the mat and deepen their practice.
*Various topics are introduced depending on the season of the year.
The program includes:
- Yoga practice, gradual introduction to yoga asanas (poses)
- Breathing (pranayama) techniques.
- Introduction to a deep relaxation technique (yoga nidra), a proven method releasing tension on mental, physical & emotional level, deeply relaxing.
- Intro to the ancient wisdom of healthy lifestyle: Ayurveda. Tips on nutrition, daily rituals impacting overall wellbeing.

- Friday Evening: Introduction to yoga, movement and breath
- Saturday Morning: Intro to Ayurvedic lifestyle (lecture). Sun Salutation Flow practice
- Saturday Evening: Breathing and Deep relaxation technique: Yoga Nidra
- Sunday Morning: Energizing flow
