Description: Intensive weekend on-line retreat, including 4 sessions, is designed to introduce you to the self-care rituals to live more balanced life, improve overall well-being and maintain youthfulness.

Perfect for women, who prefer natural ways and remedies for improving wellbeing and aging well.

I will lead you through the basic morning practices to start the day well, balance and energize as well as evening rituals to improve sleep patterns and relaxation.

Those easy but effective ways, based on Ayurvedic wisdom, when incorporated into daily routine and conducted regularly are improving metabolism, activating face muscles, energizing the body, balancing the mind, rejuvenating and refreshing.

The key element of the routine is yoga practice. I will lead you through a flow, that can be done on daily bases, bringing optimum benefits. Furthermore, you will be introduced to the breathing and relaxation techniques to destress and balance the mind.

All the practices are to keep the body and mind young forever. All that without any diets, any chemical pills or expensive treatments!

The program includes:

  • Introduction to yoga postures (asanas), its benefits of regular practice. Focus on asanas improving metabolism and energizing.
  • Breathing techniques (pranayama), cleansing, supporting metabolism and making skin glowing
  • Practice of deep relaxation (yoga nidra) to release the tension in body and mind
  • Face yoga for glowing and charm
  • Daily rituals, according to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda: cleansing, energizing, balancing, improving digestion and overall well-being.
  • A guide including all the daily rituals for your own practice.

Saturday Morning: Morning rituals according to ayurvedic lifestyle. Followed by Yoga practice

Saturday Evening: Evening rituals for better sleep and relax. Breathing and deep relaxation technique: Yoga Nidra

Sunday Morning: Daily routine and Energizing yoga flow
